Nobody gets a better deal than anybody else.
One price list, everyone on it. The discount is on the page and applies automatically. A twenty-person practice gets the same terms as a professional body, and a customer who signed two years ago pays what a customer signing today pays. There is nothing to negotiate, which is why nobody needs to be hired to negotiate it.
No contract, no minimum, cancel whenever.
An LMS sells three years and makes you buy a seat for every employee. aircpd sells a month at a time, for exactly the number of people you choose. And pays you back two months if you’d rather commit for a year.
Usage never changes your bill.
This is the part customers actually resent about SaaS: usage creeps, and an invoice arrives that nobody authorised. Here the number of people is yours. It changes when you change it, you see the new price before you agree to it, and you never have to contact anyone to do it. The published rates can change: those are on the pricing page for everyone to see, and changes are notified under the terms. But nothing about how your people use aircpd will ever move what you pay.
A 20-person practice pays £40 a month.
A small practice starts today on a card. A body pilots with 500 members for £1,000 a month instead of finding a five-figure sum in a budget cycle. Nobody is excluded by the structure.
Against an LMS
A 1,000-person company pays £19,500 where an LMS at $4–6 per user per month costs £37,000–55,000 and another’s floor is roughly $25,000 before anyone logs in. Most LMS vendors publish no price at all.
Questions
The number of people you bought. Your bill is calculated from that number alone, never from usage.
Monthly or annually in advance, on the number you bought. Never on usage, never in arrears.
Growing is the same four steps, from the Billing menu. Change the number, see the new price, confirm, done. It takes a minute and it happens entirely inside the Account Owner’s console.
You bought 500 and need 550. The new price is £1,062.50 a month: the extra 50 come in at £1.25, so your average drops from £2.00 to £1.93 a person. Confirm and they’re available immediately.
You cannot exceed the number you bought. Trying to add the 501st person on a 500-person plan shows the upgrade screen, not a surprise on next month’s invoice.
Removing someone frees their place immediately for the next person, at no cost. The price is unchanged.
The new price applies from the next billing date. Nothing is charged part-way through a month.
The extra places are charged pro-rata for the months remaining in the year, then fold into the renewal price. No separate renewal date for the people added later.
At renewal, monthly or annual. Prepaid months are not refunded, so a plan that shrinks mid-year carries its places to the renewal date.
Five included on top of the Account Owner, who is never charged. £5 per month for each one beyond that, added and removed from Billing like people.
One price list applies to every customer, and a change applies to everyone from the moment it is made, subject to the published terms and conditions. On a monthly plan the new rate starts at your next billing date. On an annual plan it starts at your renewal: a year already paid for is never rebilled.
There is one price list and everybody is on it. If the prices change, they change for everyone from the moment we make the change: no legacy rates, no grandfathered deals, no customer quietly paying more than the one who signed later.
