More than half your registered people answer to more than one rulebook.

A registration that lapses stops the person working and stops the revenue with it. aircpd tracks every regime each person is registered under, publishes your firm's own training plan into their app, and keeps the evidence an examiner will ask for.

The shape of the problem

Financial services has more overlapping training obligations per person than almost any other market. A single individual can hold a broker-dealer registration, an investment adviser registration in several states, an insurance licence and a professional designation, each with its own clock, its own credit definitions and its own consequence for missing a date.

On top of the individual obligations sit the firm's own: an annual training plan, anti-money-laundering training with a record requirement attached to it, and evidence that the people certified as fit and proper actually are.

Where aircpd helps

One record for someone with three registrations.

aircpd models each regime separately and applies them all to the same person. They see one plan. You see compliance against each rulebook, not an average.

Your training plan, in their pocket.

Publish the firm's annual plan straight into each person's app, mark what is mandatory, and watch completion without sending a single chasing email.

Evidence with provenance.

Every entry carries a link back to where it came from. When an examiner asks what training a named person received and when, the answer is a query rather than an archaeology project.

Structured, unstructured, ethics, carry-forward.

The parts that break spreadsheets are the parts aircpd treats as ordinary configuration.

“More than half of US registered representatives are dual registrants, answering to more than one regime at once.”
