Solutions · Anti-money laundering

The one training obligation that says "keep a record".

Most compliance duties ask you to train people. Anti-money-laundering rules in several markets go further and require a written record of the training given. aircpd is built for exactly that: evidence per person, with dates, ready for a supervisor.

The shape of the problem

Anti-money-laundering obligations cut across markets that otherwise have nothing in common. A bank, a casino, a law firm, an accountancy practice and an estate agency are supervised by different bodies but carry a recognisably similar training duty, and in several markets that duty explicitly extends to keeping a record of what was delivered.

Supervisors have reported the same finding repeatedly: training that was inadequate, records that were worse, and the two arriving together. To an inspector those are the same failure.

Where aircpd helps

One configuration across every obliged entity you run.

The same training obligation modelled once, whether the entity is a bank, a casino, a law firm or an agency.

The reporting officer's own training, on the record.

The gap supervisors keep finding, closed and visible.

Regular means regular, and you can prove it.

Refreshers on each person's own clock, with dates, rather than an annual push that half the population missed.

Ready for a supervisor visit at any time.

Who was trained, on what, and when. A query rather than a reconstruction.

“One legal supervisor reported that of the firms it found non-compliant, nearly half were given direction on training and on maintaining training records.”
