What we will and won't do with your record

aircpd sits in a compliance context, which means the commitments below aren't marketing preferences. They're built into how the product works.

01

The record is yours

Your CPD history belongs to you, not to your employer and not to your professional body. It stays with you across jobs and across memberships.

02

Reflections are never written by AI

aircpd prompts, transcribes and tidies for readability. It does not author the substance of a reflection, and there is no setting, mode or fallback that changes this. Professional bodies require reflections to be genuine, and a fabricated one is worse than none.

03

Nothing is submitted without your explicit approval

Your package is assembled automatically and then stops. You review it in full and approve it before anything is sent.

04

Every entry shows its origin

Each automatically captured activity keeps a link back to the calendar entry or file it came from. Nothing appears in your record without a traceable source, and nothing is filed without passing in front of you first.

05

Professional bodies see aggregate figures only

Bodies see how their membership is tracking as a whole. They do not see your reflections or your evidence. Individual detail reaches a body only through a submission you have approved, and then only what that submission contains.

06

Connected accounts, handled carefully

Connecting your calendar or files is a significant thing to ask, and we treat it that way. Access is limited to what’s needed to identify learning activity, it’s revocable by you at any time, and aircpd is built to UK and Irish data protection expectations. You choose which sources to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

Connect your calendar and files, and aircpd will show you the CPD you've already completed this year. Most people are further along than they think.
